Excel Construction Limited have developed a unique concept; We moved away from the Traditional idea of developing Housing Estates of similar designs of houses. From the very beginning, the aim behind the design of the Housing scheme was to make the experience of owning a house in Uganda a pleasure not a chore. And so we took a blank sheet - and filled it with innovations. On every level, we questioned the status quo, challenged preconceptions:

Why shouldn’t the location of Your House be your own choice rather than ours?
We asked, Why You should be asked to live in a house constructed in an estate sprawled with other houses of similar designs when you could choose to have your house constructed on say, the Banks of Lake Victoria or on a Hill overlooking the Beautiful flowing waters of River Nile?

We are therefore introducing the concept of construction of houses in Uganda on a Client’s land.
Our Development shall offer Three spacious designs of Houses to be built anywhere in Uganda, on a piece of Land of Your Choice and Location. We also offer Financial Assistance towards the purchase of the property through DFCU/HFCU Bank’s mortgage schemes which are geared to suit individual property purchase requirement.
