                                             Construction of a 70 Bed private wing in Nsambya Hospital

 

Excel Construction Ltd. was recently awarded the contract for the construction of a 70 Bed private wing in Nsambya Hospital. 

The building will have 2 level basement parking and a 5 storied superstructure.

Value of the project is USD 6.1 M with a construction duration of 15 months from September 2019.

In addition to the above, Excel Construction Ltd. was also awarded another project within Nsambya Hospital for "Construction of a 5   storied Administration block" the block is for multipurpose usage e.g. laboratories, offices, classrooms, library, ICT room, board room etc.with a value of USD 1.2 M to be completed within 12 months from August 2019.

Both projects, although different in nature and funding, stakeholders etc. are currently running concurrently
